Ms. Teeling's 3rd Year Classes made yeast base pizza! The students modified the recipe to suit their own individual taste and nutritional needs!
Well done! Ms. Teeling's 3rd Year students used their culinary skills to make a home-made cottage pie. This dish is balanced and excellent for all members of the family.
This week, 3rd Years used their skills to make beautiful lemon drizzle slices. Students used the all-in-one method to make the sponge, and prepared a lemon drizzle icing to decorate.

Today St.Colettes made Spanish quesdillas. they tasted spicy and herby. They were golden brown in appearance and they had a spicy aroma. They were soft on the outside and were chewy and juicy on the inside due to the melted cheese. They were quick and easy to make! Blog post by Aoife & Meaghan:
