Here is a recipe for making homemade frozen yoghurt bark. This can be a lovely, healthy frozen treat to enjoy in the Summer and is great for using up excess yoghurt that you may have in the fridge! You can edit the toppings to make it suited to your taste.. be as creative as you wish!

Here is a quick video to show you how to make quick & tasty sausage rolls! All you need is shop bought puff pastry, 8-10 sausages, 1 egg, herbs, ballymaloe relish (optional!) Step 1: Remove the skin from the sausages & place into a mixing bowl. Add a teaspoon of herbs and a tablespoon of relish (optional!). Mash all together with a fork until smooth. Step 2: Open and unroll the puff pastry sheet. Step 3: Follow the steps in the video to make the sausage rolls. Step 4: Place onto a baking tin lined with parchment paper and glaze with an egg. Cook in a preheated oven at 180C for approximately 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown! Note: These can be frozen in a single layer and kept for 1 month!
