Here is a quick video to show you how to make quick & tasty sausage rolls!
All you need is shop bought puff pastry, 8-10 sausages, 1 egg, herbs, ballymaloe relish (optional!)
Step 1: Remove the skin from the sausages & place into a mixing bowl. Add a teaspoon of herbs and a tablespoon of relish (optional!). Mash all together with a fork until smooth.
Step 2: Open and unroll the puff pastry sheet.
Step 3: Follow the steps in the video to make the sausage rolls.
Step 4: Place onto a baking tin lined with parchment paper and glaze with an egg. Cook in a preheated oven at 180C for approximately 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown!
Note: These can be frozen in a single layer and kept for 1 month!
